Creators across every category
Creators on Fablecart work across fashion, beauty and skincare, food and restaurants, home and living, tech and gadgets, fitness, travel, parenting, gaming, and comedy and lifestyle.
The gap
Brands and creators want to work together. Everything in between makes it hard.
Discovery happens in DMs. Rates change week to week. Briefs live in WhatsApp, approvals in email, results in a screenshot folder. Every campaign starts from zero, for both sides.
Getting paid takes months
Brands settle in ninety days, often longer. Creators need paying now. Somebody has to carry that gap out of their own pocket, and the campaign gets priced around who can afford to wait.
Results arrive as screenshots
A campaign ends and the proof is a folder of grabs in a WhatsApp thread. The brand cannot compare one creator to another. The creator keeps nothing they can show the next brand.
Smaller creators never get a shot
On a twenty thousand rupee post, a twenty percent commission is four thousand rupees. No agency can staff that. It is the arithmetic that shuts them out, not the quality of their work.
How it works
Five steps, and none of them happen in a DM.
The whole campaign lives in one place, from the first brief to the last payout. Nothing gets re-typed, nothing gets lost in a thread.

Post the campaign
Pick the type, set the budget, write what you need. Awareness, a fixed brief, or paid on sales. The type decides how the campaign will be measured, so everyone knows what success means before anyone starts.
02 · Book
Choose creators, at their published price
Browse profiles with real numbers from past campaigns attached. Invite the ones you want, or open it and let creators apply. Rates are already on the profile, so there is nothing to negotiate from scratch.
03 · Commit
The budget goes in before work starts
The creator can see the money is committed, so they are not working on a promise. The brand is not paying for something that has not happened yet. That single step is what makes the rest of the campaign straightforward for everyone.
04 · Publish
Content goes live, results come back
Drafts, feedback and approvals stay with the campaign. Once it is live, reach and engagement flow in from the creator's connected accounts. Sales campaigns track through each creator's own link.
05 · Payout
Delivery confirmed, creator paid, record kept
Payment releases on confirmed delivery. The brand keeps a report broken down by creator. The creator keeps the numbers on their profile, and takes them to the next brand.
Campaign types
Not every campaign is trying to sell something today.
Most creator work is brand building, and judging it on last week's orders is how good work gets cut. Pick the type when you set the campaign up, and it is measured on terms that fit.
Awareness
You want people to know the brand exists, to remember a launch, to feel something about it. Success is how many of the right people saw it and what they did next.
Measured on
- Reach and impressions
- Views and completion
- Saves, shares and comments
- Follower lift
Fixed brief
A set price for a set piece of work. One reel, three stories, a photoset the brand can reuse in its own ads.
Measured on
- Deliverables against the brief
- Delivered on time
- Usage rights, agreed upfront
Affiliate
Each creator gets their own tracked link. They earn on the orders that link produces, and an order touched by more than one creator can be split between them.
Measured on
- Clicks and sessions
- Orders, net of returns
- Commission per creator

Every campaign on Fablecart adds to a record the creator owns and carries with them. That record is the product.
The platform
Everything a campaign needs, in the order you need it.
No separate tool for finding people, agreeing prices, collecting content, reporting results and paying out. One place, one record, one version of what happened.
Profiles backed by real numbers
Creators connect their Instagram, TikTok and YouTube accounts, so reach and engagement are pulled rather than typed in. What a brand sees is what actually happened.
Rates published upfront
Creators set their own prices for a story, a post, a reel or a bundle. A brand knows the cost before the first message, and nobody negotiates from scratch every time.
Briefs, drafts and approvals in one thread
Deliverables, dates and revisions live with the campaign instead of scattered across chats and inboxes. Everyone is looking at the same version.
One report, both sides
Reach, views, saves, shares, clicks and orders, broken down by creator and by deliverable. The brand and the creator read the same numbers.
A track record that travels
Every campaign a creator completes is added to their profile. They carry that history to the next brand instead of starting from zero and a follower count.
Payment held until the work lands
The brand commits the budget before work starts, so the creator knows the money is there. It releases once the deliverables are confirmed.
Who it is for
Three sides of the same campaign, working from one record.
Agencies are not going anywhere. They hold the relationships, carry the risk and do the work that software cannot. Fablecart gives them the system they have been asking for rather than trying to replace them.

Get booked on what you deliver
- Set your own rates for stories, posts, reels and bundles
- Apply to campaigns without knowing somebody first
- Know the money is committed before you start
- Keep a verified record of every campaign you run
- Take that record to the next brand, and the one after
Run your whole roster in one place

Creative
Every deliverable is judged on what it was actually for.
A hook-first demo and an offer video do different jobs, so holding both to the same number tells you nothing. Each deliverable carries the metric that matches the campaign it belongs to.

Why now
The audience is already here. The system around it is not.
Nearly eighty million social identities, a creator on every category, and brands spending real money to reach them. All of it coordinated through DMs, priced from memory, and reported in screenshots.
The audience and the payment rails exist. What is missing is a shared record: who did the work, what it produced, and whether they were paid for it.

What is Fablecart?
Fablecart is a creator marketing platform. Brands and agencies find creators, agree a brief and a price, run the campaign, and get one report showing what each creator produced. Creators set their own rates, see the budget committed before they start, and keep a verified record of every campaign they complete.
Do I have to run a sales campaign to use it?
No, and most brands do not. Awareness is the most common reason brands work with creators, so it is a campaign type in its own right, measured on reach, views, saves, shares and follower lift rather than on orders. You choose the type when you set the campaign up, and it is judged on terms that fit it.
How do I know a creator's numbers are real?
Creators connect their Instagram, TikTok and YouTube accounts, so campaign results are pulled directly from those accounts rather than typed in or screenshotted. A creator's profile builds from campaigns they have actually completed on the platform, which is what makes it worth reading.
Do small creators get a fair chance here?
That is much of the point. Managing a creator on a twenty thousand rupee post does not pay for the human hours it takes, so smaller creators get overlooked for reasons that have nothing to do with their work. Software does not have that problem. Every creator gets a profile, publishes their rates, and is judged on what their last campaign actually did.
How does pricing work for creators?
Creators publish their own packages: a story, a post, a reel, or a bundle. A brand sees the price before it sends a message, so nobody negotiates from scratch every time and nobody wastes a week discovering they were never in the same budget range.
When does a creator get paid?
The brand commits the budget before work starts, so the creator can see the money is there rather than taking it on trust. It is released once the deliverables are confirmed. No ninety day wait, and no chasing an invoice through a WhatsApp thread.
Does this replace agencies?
No. Agencies hold the brand relationships, carry the financial risk, and do the creative and relationship work that software cannot. What they do not have is a system, so campaigns run through spreadsheets and chat threads and reporting is assembled by hand. Fablecart can be white labelled so an agency runs its whole client and talent roster on it under its own name.
Can a single sale be credited to more than one creator?
Yes. On affiliate campaigns every creator gets their own tracked link, and where more than one creator was involved in an order, the credit and the commission can be split between them rather than going to whoever happened to be last.
